Bookings & Deposits. To make a booking please ring us on 01227 771777 to check for availability and have your credit/debit card details to hand. The value of your holiday is payable in full at the time of reservation unless your stay begins more than three calendar months from the reservation date, in which case 25% of the value should be paid as a deposit with the balance being payable three months in advance of your visit. We request a refundable ‘cleaning and damage’ deposit of £100 payable in cash on your arrival.
 

Dogs & Smoking. We regret we are unable to allow either dogs or smoking in the holiday caravans.

Accessibility. The Gold and Platinum caravans have steps to their entrance and are not well suited to persons with limited mobility.

Utility services. The caravans have mains water, drainage and a 10amp electricity supply. Gas for heating and cooking is supplied from LPG cylinders outside the caravan. All services are included in the booking price.

Bookings cannot be accepted from. Single sex parties, or parties of under 21’s.

Arrival & Departure times. Please time your journey to arrive at the park after 1.00pm. If you wish to arrive after 6.00pm please call us to arrange collection of your keys. We ask that you vacate your caravan not later than 10.00am on your day of departure. If you wish to depart before the park office opens please let us know the day before.

Bedding. The caravans are equipped with bare duvets and pillows and mattress covers for the one double and two single beds and the put-you-up bed in the lounge. Quilt covers, pillow cases and bottom sheets are available for your stay for a one off £25.00 fee
