Central heating and double glazing are now becoming a popular option, helping you get the fullest use of the season.

Customers often ask us which manufacturer is the Rolls Royce and which one the Ford or Vauxhall (no offence to Ford and Vauxhall drivers), but in reality we don’t think any stand head and shoulders above the rest. Take a look at today's stock list.

About Pitch Fees
What they cover is:
  • Lawn mowing
  • Street lighting
  • Refuse disposal
  • Parking
  • CCTV and security
  • Clubhouse membership
  • Council rates
  • Park maintenance
  • Water & foul drainage
  • Electricity is also largely covered, a few owners who spend a lot of the season on park receive small additional bills, but those who don’t visit often get a credit against next years fees! 
What they don’t cover is; bottled gas, currently £25.40 at the park office, for heating and cooking, (most owners use about two or three bottles per year), insurance, and ‘erm that’s about it! All that for just £1,975 per year inc VAT, and you can spread your pitch fees over eight months by joining the Premium Credit scheme. We’ve come across parks who are charging three thousand pounds every year for their pitch fees so you can see it pays to do a bit of legwork before making your investment.
