Getting it Right First Time
Our advice has always been to go and  find a park which you’re comfortable with, in the area you want, and then decide on the caravan. When you pay us a visit we’ll show you the homes in stock and you can also make a choice of the available plots. There’s no pressure to buy (our staff don’t have targets) and you can take away our brochures to read at leisure when you’re home.
 
Transparent Pricing
Our new holiday home prices include the manufacturers retail price (ask to view a copy, or we can send you one), delivery from factory, currently £940, and £982 to cover siting, commissioning, gas cylinder installation and storage box, and your concrete base licence. Central heating models are £227 more to cover the larger gas cylinder installation and storage box needed. Our 2008 pitch fees are £1,975 including local authority rates and VAT.

What, Where, and When
Here at Homing we can supply most makes and models and we’re open seven days for viewing of our caravans for sale. Previously loved homes are usually available, sometimes from as little as £5,000 and we can supply new 2 bedroom 32’x 12’ homes from around £18,000.

Size Does Matter!
Most new holiday caravans on sales lots up and down the country these days are twelve feet in width and in length vary from twenty eight up to thirty eight feet long. However, there’s still a good many ten feet wide models out there on the parks. When you set foot inside them you’ll notice the difference in width is significant. The caravans at Homing Park are all two and three bedroom models.

Stop, Look, and Listen!
Take the time to consider such things as how long will the journey to the park take, how much are the pitch fees (payable every year) and do they include everything I will need. Is there ample parking and lighting, does the park feel right, can my friends and relatives use my caravan and is the park clean and tidy throughout?

For your convenience we work with Black Horse Finance, helping you to fund your purchase with competitive rates. Minimum down-payments on financed deals are set at 20% for new and 25% for pre-owned purchases. Of course you can pay more, this will also make your repayments smaller. We will tell you about the interest rate and quote you an APR, call in to see us for a quotation. Another partner, Towergate Underwriting will insure your pride and joy through our block policy scheme at rates second to none, unless you own your own insurance company!

The Buying Process
If you find a caravan and plot you like when you visit but don’t want to risk losing it we’ll take a deposit (typically £250 - £1,000) to hold it for up to fourteen days while you sort your finances.
