Situated in the refurbished Victorian goods shed, just outside Canterbury West Train Station, the market has more than 17 stalls for local farmers to sell their produce directly to the public. There is an enticing range of breads, home made cakes and savouries, shellfish, cheese, organic meat and eggs on offer, as well as organic fruit and vegetables.
Unique to Canterbury the Farmer's Market also has a restuarant and a top London chef, Blaise Vasseur. The Goods Shed's menu changes twice daily to reflect the best seasonal produce available from the market.
